At Indigenous Youth Services, we believe families deserve more than fragmented services and reactive interventions. They deserve accessible, individualized, and culturally grounded care that strengthens family relationships, addresses challenges before they escalate, and provides the support necessary to keep families together.
CareLink In-Home Support was developed to bridge the gap between traditional service delivery and the continuous, coordinated care that families need to thrive.
By combining personalized, in-home support with the accessibility of our CareLink virtual platform and mobile app, we bring comprehensive care directly into the environments where families need it most. Our integrated approach provides individualized behavioral support, caregiver guidance, practical resources, and ongoing assistance, helping families navigate everyday challenges while maintaining meaningful connections to their cultures, communities, and support networks.
Unlike traditional service models that often leave families navigating long gaps between appointments or waiting until challenges become crises, CareLink connects in-person care with continuous virtual support. This coordinated approach helps caregivers access timely guidance, apply individualized intervention strategies, monitor progress, and maintain consistency across their family's support network.
Our mission extends beyond responding to immediate challenges. We work to strengthen family capacity, address the underlying causes of behavioral and emotional difficulties, prevent unnecessary family separation, and build sustainable support systems that promote long-term stability and independence.
Because meaningful care should never be limited to scheduled appointments or begin only when a family reaches a breaking point. It should be accessible when families need it, responsive to their unique circumstances, and designed to help them build stronger, healthier futures together.
Access to care should not depend on where a family lives, whether an appointment is available, or how quickly someone can reach a support worker. Yet for many families, meaningful resources remain fragmented, difficult to navigate, or unavailable when they are needed most. Too often, families are left to manage difficult situations without immediate access to the very tools and guidance that could help prevent them from escalating.
CareLink was developed to close the gap between having support and being able to access it.
Through an integrated digital platform, CareLink provides youth and caregivers with convenient access to their individualized care plans, practical resources, support tools, and ongoing guidance. Whether at home, at school, in the community, or navigating a difficult moment, families can access important information and resources without waiting for their next scheduled appointment.
By bringing essential supports together in one accessible platform, CareLink helps transform care from something families receive periodically into something they can actively use throughout everyday life.

For too many youth and caregivers, access to appropriate services comes only after challenges have escalated into serious crises. By the time meaningful interventions become available, relationships may already be strained, caregiver confidence diminished, and the stability of the family home threatened.
When support is fragmented, inconsistent, or difficult to access, manageable challenges can develop into circumstances that place families at risk of unnecessary separation.
Indigenous Youth Services developed CareLink In-Home Support to help address these barriers by bringing individualized care, practical resources, and ongoing guidance directly into the family home.
By integrating in-person services with accessible digital resources, CareLink is designed to strengthen the continuity of support available to families. Caregivers can develop and apply practical strategies, youth can access individualized tools that support emotional regulation and personal growth, and support teams can work collaboratively toward shared goals.
